Hi, the first thing that you should know about stats is that the numbers are wrong. Let me proove this on a simple example: A Sphere blows up in a Gravity-Well next to another. Who owns which damage? The damage that the Gravity-Well dealt is owned by the one, who used the ability. The one who destroyed the first Sphere owns that damage. But now we've got the problem: The damage that the Warpcore-breach of the first Sphere deals, is owned by the first Sphere. Another example is Attack-Pattern Beta: It reduces the damage resistance of all marked targets, but it appears nowhere in the stats. So, what do you gain by broadcasting inaccurate values and compare them to others? Especially if you broadcast only the DPS-values, you achieve nothing - except there's one very low value (compared to the others) in your broadcast, in that case you tell that person: "You suck". If we think about the specialized healer and tank, who are not speced to deal damage, comparing only the dealt Damage Per Second is not fair. If you want people to be able to improve their DPS, then you've got to show them in which way they dealt damage: And if you now think about the healer and tank, then you've got to show people a lot... For those you'd need stats about incoming damage, incoming and outgoing heals,...
